The owner of the company is very friendly however, you need to pay your people if you want them to stay
Cons
The only bad thing I can say about this company which is pretty serious is that they don't pay. If you want a you would have a lot more loyal employees. Don't let those hard-working good ones go because you won't pay them. I wish I didn't have to leave I couldn't even afford to pay my bills. I have children and had no choice
