Pros
It's a great place to meet some cool people passionate about food. The lower level staff are great. If you must work here do it as a stepping stone. Learn as much as you can from those who actually want to teach you.
Cons
The upper management has a lot of problems. There are only a couple people who are truly passionate about food. The HR person doesn't have a clue how to do her job and she is quite unpleasant at times. It seems like a lot of management doesn't understand how to inspire people. They like to sweep things under the rug and not deal with anything. Not a lot of accountability
