Been at the Pedowitz Group for almost 3 years now! The following are the things I have LOVED by working here: - Work from home/remote - Great employees that actually know their crap - Tons of opportunities to work with TOP TIER businesses in the B2B area - Exposure to new ideas/technologies with working cross groups and channels - Dedication to letting employees grow and learn - Trust... IF you do what you say, be honest upfront and transparent then you earn that trust - Travel - If you like to travel and work with people, this is great. Not a TON for me but just RIGHT :) - Work life balance... The same is with other companies but at times when I had to work longer hours/week it was made up with some much loved family time and PTO... - Lunch and learns - continued education
Cons
- Growing company - I actually have loved watching this but some may consider this a CON - PTO time - this has been spoken about a lot and is being addressed and worked as best as possible. I have no problems right now with it but I know during new people coming on this has been the most common
