The company is filled with lazy, unprofessional people at every turn. They will do their best to manipulate you and steer you towards any outcome where only they can benefit. There is zero supervision and their directors are just greedy cons. I should have yielded the advice I saw posted on other sites. The company portrays itself as a positive, respectful entity, and management loves to boast about its status and the things they do, but the truth is that it’s just a facade. I should have trusted my gut and prevented myself from the trauma I experienced while working for The Perfect Playground. I wish others would step up and just be honest so professionals considering employment can be safeguarded from equally traumatic experiences. Perhaps current and former employees are just intimidated by the authority’s arrogance and threatening tone that was frequently on display. What an incredible disappointment. I’ll never get this time back.
