Pros

Gain business management skills! Continual education on fitness and growth as a trainer. (If you are willing to utilize the resources they provide) Impact people's lives by training/educating your clients, and help them accomplish their health/fitness goals!

Cons

Even though they have marketing to get potential clients through the door, it'll be your job to gain the knowledge and passion, that will give you the confidence needed to show the potential client that they WANT/NEED our services. If you aren't enthusiastic about health/fitness or at least skilled as a sales person, potential clients won't sign up, your schedule won't grow, and you'll blame TPW because you came in thinking, I JUST WANT TO BE A TRAINER". But with the way TPW is setup, you must embrace an entrepreneurial mindset of Business Management. So you can add to the growth of the business through Refferals. Turn clients into raving fans so they bring in people they know, and find ways to get people in the door yourself. Refferals (potential clients that are referred by a current client, or someone you bring in on your own, and they SIGN UP). Restarts ( past clients that stopped training with us, for reasons like surgery, COVID, work schedule.....). If you just want to train people this will not be a good fit for you. Not to mention most trainers will have a second source of income while building their shifts. Remember marketing well get people in the door, but it'll be up to you to convince the potential client that this is a lifestyle NOT a fad. Because to most Americans, our prices are high. So if you can't embrace and find all the benefits of slow motion strength training (TPW method), you will have a much harder time getting people to sign up. And than you will get discouraged and blame the company for your lack of pay. Since the bulk of your pay will come from how many clients you train. It will take time to build your shifts up, so you will need have supplemental income to hold you over until your pay is sufficient to your financial needs.

Pros

I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.

Cons

For my role, this is not a particularly high-paying job.
