Pros
I came into employment with them through an acquisition of another dealer. During my time with them I found: they will do every thing they can to get you trained up, company paid education, company paid certifications. Their health benefits are decent and low cost. They try to take care of their employees when the worst happens. Being closed Sundays gives you at least one day that you can plan for.
Cons
As it is family owned, the upper management comes from within the family, and is not always ready for the responsibility. There is resistance to any changes if they are not suggested by said family, even if it will make them money. When the location was burglarized they replaced most of the tech's tools without question, but if it was found that the tech had any insurance coverage they were done dealing, and passed it off to the tech's insurance, causing a loss of income as the two companies fought over who was responsible. During this, management never went to bat for the employee, and just let them "starve" due to not having the tools needed to make a living. One employee even got fired for buying a car somewhere else! Their dedication to customer service is severely lacking, I have seen customers come in cash in hand knowing what they wanted and still spending 6 hours waiting to get their car. They don't even offer to pay for their refreshments, they have counters to sell you coffee! during the wait! Service customers are forced to wait essentially in the show room, near the delivery area.
