The Pixel Shop has been a fantastic company to work in. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since Pixel Shop is a small business, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the whole job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful, helping me get set up in my area. Considering the reality in the Web Development industry, The Pixel Shop has an excellent work-life balance. The company does fun and exciting things, such as having Happy Fridays for a friendly gathering time with the entire company.

The office could have some improvements to match the overall teams' atmosphere. The entrance doesn't look great and the washrooms are too close to some desks. Even though they have some benefits like health & dental, in my opinion, there's room for improvement on this point.

It offers lots of opportunities to the employees. you are not going to be stuck in only one project. Managers are always open to listen to what you have to say. The team is very collaborative and the environment is good. The benefits are average for the market but their flexibility in terms of work from home and time to start and finish is really good.

Having more documentation for the projects would help. It looks like they are improving on that. An improvement in the benefits would be nice.
