Pros
The team at Platform was very inclusive during my time there, and as an inexperienced intern I got the chance to work on a number of big, challenging, and genuinely interesting creative projects. There isn't anyone there I wouldn't speak highly of.
Cons
Working with a relatively small advertising firm means the kind of work you'll be doing can vary a lot. You might get a chance to work on ad campaigns for triple-A game studios, but you'll probably also spend some long and frustrating hours doing quality assurance for smaller or more urgent projects. You'll never be shouldering it alone though.
