Really talented colleagues (especially those in student and family-facing roles). Teams here also really take a positive, asset-based stance to working with families. Also, flexible funding sources means that as an org we can try new approaches more easily
Cons
Leadership has been a little all over the place and unstable over the years. Coaching and career development varies a lot based on supervisor, rather than a unified approach to adult learning
