For a new and smaller ServiceNow Partner they have good portfolio of clients from all different industries, from ServiceNow consultancy, discovery, greenfield installations, additional application configuration and reviewing and enhancing existing instance, which make the work very interesting, especially learning about new industries and processes. Also, they partner with ServiceNow, themselves, to provide specialist staff on projects. Management are lovely and have ‘real life’ experience of what works and what doesn’t and so not to avoid and advise the best course of action and processes. A great place to work, everyone gets on well, with amazing opportunities to bring value to our customers. Accessibility to learn, support for courses and exams, encouragement to move out of your comfort zone with assistance. Great ethos, mission, work / life balance, recognition and thanks, events (in person meet ups / virtual meet ups, strategy and team days, with fun included) A delightful mix of talented people to work with, ranging in experience and knowledge, so if you don’t know the answer, there is usually at least one person who does.
