The leadership team is open to feedback and receptive to changes and new ideas, especially within the e-commerce space. The company offers a work-from-home setup, which provides great flexibility and work-life balance. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and gain hands-on experience, making it a good environment for professional growth. The whole team is very easy to work with and promotes a positive working environment
Cons
As the company continues to grow, it would be great to see additional employee benefits introduced in the future, particularly HMO coverage. I understand that the company is still relatively young and expanding, so this is something I'm hopeful for down the road. 😊 As the organization matures, it would also be valuable to have more support for formal training, certifications, and professional development programs to further help employees grow in their careers.
