Will let you work overtime. Easy work. If you want to they will let you stand around all shift on your phone and do nothing.
Cons
If you are a hard worker, out work everybody, and get tasks done other Full time employees will see you as a threat and worry that there horrible work ethic will get noticed so they will conspire to get rid of you lying if need be. There is a buddy system in place that works by letting certain employees do absolutely whatever they want and can do no wrong. When a position to move up comes along to get a raise or make more money, they will hire someone of the street with no experience over you even if you are clearly the front runner and qualified for said position.
