RBA - Inspector The RBA Group (New Jersey) Employee Review

RBA was a great place to work with a warm and open office culture. One of RBAs greatest assets is its people. Everyone at the office works hard, is intelligent, and the people are very enjoyable to work with. They have a four-day workweek, which is a huge benefit, and any extra time in the office is paid through overtime. The managers are very easy going and knowledgeable and give you autonomy as long as you get your work done. RBA also has an outstanding softball team. Overall I would recommend working here.

The work can get repetitive but management does a great job of going after new and interesting work.

Autonomy, and flexibility. 4 Day work week is a nice benefit, even if the workload doesn't always permit it's still nice to have this fexibility. Great co-workers and good internal support from peers make each day a joy.

Work load sometimes becomes extreme, which is probably to be expected in this day and age, hands off attitude by senior management is both a blessing and a curse.
