Nice location in a lovely village
Dog friendly so loads of dogs to adore if your a dog lover
Cons
The owner is awful, loud with no sense and cant acknowledge any complaints or criticism,
Owner and her assistant are very discriminative, ask inappropriate questions in interviews
Dirty, Hygiene is a real problem
No understanding of staff wellbeing and health of staff
Their contracts are awful and made for young children, missing little standard legal employment rights, no handbook and loads of deductions from salary.
The staff were very immature and had no idea of health and safety standards
Hours are built to be sure you do overtime which they do not pay you for.
