Pros

Competitive benefits. -Good health care all around -401k matching etc. -18 days off per year PTO+sick Pay is decent. Great people/ fun culture. -I work right next to my best friend. - The photo team in SF is really close. We have fun at and outside of work. Some of my best friends now, are from working here. Opportunity to work with luxury brands. - I have learned so much about high end brands. Fun work environment. - They have little events like Faux Friday where employees can earn site credit if they win. Photo managers are open to communication and really do care about the workers. Room to advance. The company is growing so a lot of positions open up.

Cons

Overtime is always uncertain. -Its hard to plan your life in the last half of the month because overtime is mandatory. Quotas can be difficult at times, especially when first starting off. Some people are Tuesday-Saturday HR is totally useless We used to get a free meal every week which was dope and they changed to a different service that everyone agreed was pretty awful and HR pretty much said too bad, go ____ yourselves. Its small things like that that add up for some people. Really high turnover. -For these cons and more for some a lot of people cant hang. A lot of people work here but it really feels like someone quits every other week.

Pros

Pay and commission can be good, but the structure is unnecessarily convoluted and not as generous as it seems, and you will have no work/life balance if you want to actually make consistently high commission. If you have a true passion for luxury and fashion, you do get a lot of opportunities to handle and interact with special/rare items, and depending on store location you can meet a lot of interesting industry people and celebrities, especially during Fashion Weeks

Cons

Poor and unsupportive management with extremely unrealistic demands and expectations; you will get virtually no training, but are immediately expected to know how to do everything. The overall company culture is just unpleasant and very cliquey, and there's constant employee turnover. The online customer service system is terrible, so you will frequently have to handle customer issues that have nothing to do with you/your sales.
