Pros

I've been with TRR for a few years, and I can truly say it has been a great experience. If you lean into the company culture and have a strong work ethic, you will not only do fine here, you will succeed. Based on the other reviews, it seems like not everyone has this mindset, but for me, I love working here and have been given so many opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. The company does what it can from a benefits perspective. It pays for OneMedical for all employees, it has very generous time-off policies and works with employees on personal and medical leaves when necessary, and has made sure to do everything they can to keep their employees safe during COVID, those who can work from home are, and those who have to go to the offices are given PPE daily and social distancing is being practiced.

Cons

Burn out is real and because this is such a fast-paced environment, managers at times miss the signs of when their employees could us a day or two to unwind.

Pros

Pay and commission can be good, but the structure is unnecessarily convoluted and not as generous as it seems, and you will have no work/life balance if you want to actually make consistently high commission. If you have a true passion for luxury and fashion, you do get a lot of opportunities to handle and interact with special/rare items, and depending on store location you can meet a lot of interesting industry people and celebrities, especially during Fashion Weeks

Cons

Poor and unsupportive management with extremely unrealistic demands and expectations; you will get virtually no training, but are immediately expected to know how to do everything. The overall company culture is just unpleasant and very cliquey, and there's constant employee turnover. The online customer service system is terrible, so you will frequently have to handle customer issues that have nothing to do with you/your sales.
