      Pros

      The people you work with can be great, but you will be trauma-bonded!

      Cons

      Management is full of bitter and jealous individuals who will look for any reason to fire or write up anyone. People who have been there for years and will try to sabotage and demean you every chance they get. This place is their life. Everyone, and I mean everyone who works there, knows that management is awful and only stays because the job market is equally as bad. You can find serving/bartending jobs in VARIOUS other places that won't treat you like you are subhuman and try to "coach" you every 2 seconds.

      Pros

      - Respectful interview/hiring process, doesn't waste your time - Good management, employees are trusted to make decisions - Good work culture. Burnout is addressed rather than swept under the rug, positivity is encouraged, employees are trusted and encouraged to exist comfortably. - Clear work expectations and goals. - Above-average pay and benefits, especially for the gaming industry which is notoriously undervaluing and overworking its best people. Overall, as an employee here I feel treated with respect as an equal and a human being. That is exceptionally rare in the gaming industry.

      Cons

      - As a startup, there is always some inherent risk. - A high degree of trust and autonomy does not fit some people well.

      Great Comedy Great staff. You can't find a more dedicated staff than comics at a comedy club(-:

      Incredibly busy sometimes but worth the wait.
