Don’t care about their people or their staff well-being, with the major focus being on the bottom line. No HR department, therefore limited policies and don’t follow good/fair practice. There is a tendency to micro manage. Inappropriate relationships between managers and staff. The workforce generally has a tendency towards being status driven.
