12 weeks minimum wage, not even the living wage. Not entitled to holiday pay for bank and public holidays even when place in employment of bodies that close on these days, you use your accrued holiday time or don't get paid. No entitlement to sick pay, again use your holiday hours No to little notice given for end of placement. Back Pay takes almost a year to be worked out however our permanent staff counterparts recieve theirs 10 months prior to agency staff.
