Pros

None unless you like working in a role where you think you're going to get fired every day you come in based on the president's mood.

Cons

Turnover rate is 1000%. Average time someone works there is less than a year with the exception of people related to the president. Terrible pay. Commission structure is whack. President is the worst boss I've ever worked for and he says inappropriate things.

Have been with the company for over 6 years and love it! Great compensation, benefits and have the ability to promote.

Hybrid schedule. Small company so impact was higher.

Cons

Pay: commission system was non existent. Management never tried to help. Basically was treated poorly if you didn’t do OT as an exempt employee.
