Poor Leadership - Anonymous employee The Remi Group Employee Review

I didn’t want to give this company anymore of my energy but after seeing the recent fake reviews posted I thought I owe it to anyone who is considering a job with Remi to share the TRUTH! The biggest problem at Remi is the leadership. The management team consists of individuals who do not have management experience or any experience outside of Remi and a CRO who micro manages the Sales and Operation Team and verbally abuses EVERYONE. The management style is manipulative and creates for a stressful and unhealthy work environment. Top performers are not exempt from this hostile and unhealthy work environment. Actually in the last 3 months 10-12 Sales Reps voluntarily resigned!! This includes all the top performers, recent New Hires, and tenured Sales Reps. The nepotism is very real within Remi. Every Sales Rep has experienced a time when large deals and promising leads were taken and assigned to specific Rep. Also this last year the company struggled to pay commissions and bonuses. Very little is done to improve internal processes and customer service, leaving the Reps to sell a service that is subpar to say the least. The Sales team is to blame for everything! This includes the poor customer service, decline in sales, delayed response times, and poor internal communication. The Underwriting team is lead by a very unprofessional management team with no underwriting experience. As a result, turnover is also high within this department making it difficult for them to manage their workload. I know for a fact the recent 5Star reviews are fake! I imagine HR or upper management is sitting around writing fake reviews. They are desperately hiring so in Remi fashion they result to unethical and manipulative tactics. If you are considering a job with Remi please move on if you can! If not, I would strongly suggest you negotiate a salary and comp plan that would make it worth taking such a job. They are desperate to hire new Reps considering 70% of the Sales team RESIGNED in such a short period of time.
