Toxic and hostile!!! - Anonymous employee The Rep for Vets Employee Review

The pay is lacking, the work load is horrendous. Not enough employees. Super high turn over rate because the training is lacking. Bad employees get rewarded and overlooked while the good employees are constantly wrote up. It's very "cliquey" and when one doesnt like you the whole lot of the clique doesn't either. Supervisors just sit in the office and have "meetings", but all they do is talk about stuff like their dogs. The advocate on staff is NEVER in the office and has absolutely no idea what is going on in the office.
