      Pros

      You get a paycheck for doing a really boring job.

      Cons

      Reputation institute is awful and pathetic place to work. This company misleads and deceives people when hiring and demotes people while promoting only a few favorites for nothing. Performance and innovation do no matter. Do research before joining. Google Jamie Bedard who is the CEO and his past (at Aberdeen and JAZD).

      My top three pros are: 1. The company utilizes advanced technology and data analytics tools, providing employees with the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art resources. 2. With a presence in multiple countries, employees have the chance to work on global projects and collaborate with colleagues from around the world. 3. RepTrak is known for supporting a healthy work-life balance, offering flexible working arrangements and a supportive work environment. This really makes a difference.

      Cons

      Very technical work. Bring your A-game to this company or you are going to struggle.

We have employees in time zones across the world and the global nature is part of what makes RepTrak special but as you mention, also means that sometimes your work day does not overlap with someone else's work day. We recommend muting slack messages or pausing notifications when you are out of your work hours, and indicating your "work hours" in your outlook profile so others can understand when you are likely to be offline in your time zone.       Good people to work with as they mostly wanted to do the right thing for their company

      Cons

      It is a hard product to scale. Tough market to find growth beyond the Executive stakeholders.
