      Work with a multi-disciplinary team. Largely an experiential therapeutic model. Space for "out of the box" therapeutic interventions.

      Cons

      Working primarily within the family system can create potential ruptures in rapport. Cases can be complex and individuals within the family systems may present with multiple dual-diagnoses.

      How they deliver care is unique and has its challenge. My manger was an amazing guy and loved all my co workers. Owners do a good job listening to the needs and are always willing to change stuff

      Cons

      On-call once per month. Can get enmissed with clients due to the length of time we work with them
