Pros
When you travel the checks are amazing! Your travel alot by the way. It's all about what you make of the company. Be a hard worker and have fun while you work. It's easy and hard work all at The same time. Attention to detail is a must in order to do well at this position. Take your time and be trained by the right individuals.
Cons
Upper management kind of sucks at their jobs but the good part is you never really see them lol alot of the peopl here are kind of drama. Just don't get sucked into the drama and you'll be fine. You cannot advance within the company so that sucks. And your pay will stay the same as when you started. I'm one of the best in the traveling merchandising positions and they will not give me a raise. There are people that have been here for like 7 years and they only make $18 idk how they stay? Well no I know, when you travel you make the big bucks. Traveling gets old very fast. You'll be aways from home for a month and the work a few days at home and be back on the road, sometimes you just want to be home. Also the schedules are absolutely ridiculous at times. Alos they make lots of mistakes on your hours and pay checks. So my suggestion to anyone wanting a job here is please keep track of all hours and you'll be just fine. Your body will definitely be in some pain if you're anything like me people call for me alot to help them so I'm doing other people's physical demands and mine as well. But I'm more than willing to help those who are in need I'm just that person. I just what you all to know it's a physical job about 90% of the time so come to work.
