Pros
Company wide perks, 10p per double spirit mixer sold, 50p per shot stick and revolution card sold, 5p flav shot sold in your pay cheque. These present good opportunities to make money alongside the hourly wage.
Cons
A lot of training is involved, too many hours of online training just to get paid (managers refuse your first pay cheque until it's all done). Payroll must be very tight as staff are expected to do the work of 2 or 3 people each. Uniform is grim. Often denied legal breaks.
