Pros

This was my first job out of college. I took it on to pay off my student loans, and at first I was worried that I would barely make any sales given that I had no experience as a salesperson, but I surprised myself. I was able to make enough money to pay everything off while saving up for my own place. I’m happy to say that my loans are paid off, and I am now living comfortably on my own at a new job that I wouldn’t have gotten if I hadn’t spent a few years working here and gaining some much needed experience.

Cons

There weren’t many opportunities for me to advance within the company. I got really good at making sales, but I wanted to take on more responsibilities.
