      Pros

      Working for a growing team is incredibly satisfying. The opportunity to shape my workplace is invaluable. I am given the freedom and trust to complete my work within the boundaries of company policy, and I am not micro managed. The corporate staff is incredibly supportive and they have really collected a large amount of talent to their team.

      Cons

      The only real con I have, is that I work remotely, so I do not have immediate access to management.
