the pay so much nepotism very unorganized favoritism strenuous lesson plans that admin barely looks at unnecessary pds

1 campus, not a traditional district, small student population.

Cons

Everyone in admin is family for the most part, so favoritism is always shown. Teachers and staff are not appreciated.
