      Pros

      Training was super helpful when preparing for all sorts of situations out in the field. Expect a lot from their leaders, which is a good thing. Consists of the most interesting coworkers you could ever meet.

      Cons

      Beware of burnout (personal con, really).

      - Incredible experience to travel the world and be apart of incredibly unique experiences. - Co-leaders were so amazing, such a great people and new friendships. - Fun staff training - No expenses all summer

      Cons

      - Pay is very low and not sustainable - not an incredibly diverse staff or client base
