      Met some really smart and genuine people.

      Cons

      No culture, must work from office which is a warehouse. Little passion for the environment from the leadership team. Incredibly tight with budgets and promotions.

      Incredible people, free lunch on Friday

      Leadership at The Rounds asks too much of their employees. Everyone is expected to be "on" around the clock, leading to frustration and burnout.
