Cons
There are umpteen cons of working at SVC bank.Some of them are enlisted below. 1. Worst team management ever.Unrealistic deadlines to finish the task. 2.Management compels you to work on Sundays as well 3.No proper technical guidance to the developers. 4.If asked for proper guidance the developers are sushed away 5. Arrogant behavior towards developers. 6.No freedom at all. 7. Salary provided here is not at all enticing enough to join this organization.First they show you some fancy figures.But the actual amount credited in your salary account is something different. 8.Developers are insulted like hell. 9.The Management makes you work for minimum 12 hours a day. 10.No working environment at all. So these are some of the cons .My advice to anyone who is willing to join this organization is that please don't join this organization at all.
