      Pros

      Decent PTO policy but still just okay to industry standards.

      Cons

      Garbage retirement plan Horrible leadership. HR team allows long time leaders to get away with bullying and belittling new employees just because they have history. I was degraded in my role on several occasions, cursed out (yes at a "Christian" organization), and told that I do not have a voice. All of this was reported to HR and not a thing was done.

      Loved being part of the mission to help anyone in need. Everyone was great to work with and it was such an encouraging environment.

      Lots of long and outdated internal processes.
