      Pros

      Wonderful property located at the corner of pine and California. Great restaurant by the name of The Big 4 and spa make this hotel unique.

      Cons

      Union hotel sometimes staff does not perform as needed. Old building in need of a renovation.

      Pros

      The location and environment is quiet and luxurious. A great place to meet many different types of people.

      Cons

      None really except I believe many of the current employees can be quit a bore to be around and they seem to not enjoy their position here. The old management wasn't very good but I hear it's nw getting better.
