Pros
Most staff members are laid-back but not social. I could make up time for doctor appointments but had to come to the office every single day.
Cons
Company staff and my direct manager valued my advise but failed to include important staff members in critical decision meetings. Company is using old technologies and environments, with paper timesheet. Company expects employees to sign-in and sign out when reporting to work and lunch time. It seems that they have serious trust issues.
