Pros

- Easy work - Cheap healthcare - Friendly co-workers (mostly)

Cons

- Pay is lower than market averages - Strict micro-managers (managers watch what time you log-on daily, how long lunches are, badge swipe times monitored etc.) - In-office 5x/week (no exceptions for being sick, snow storms, etc.) - High Turnover (3 people left within my first month on a 14 person team) - No room for growth (leads to the high turnover)

Pros

Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

Cons

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

Pros

Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

Cons

Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
