      Pros

      There are no pros with management at this office. For an overall rating I had to pick but there was not option for a minus, so I gave it a one star.

      Cons

      It was a toxic work environment, the worst I've ever experienced! The name calling, the belittling, and the harassment were insufferable.

      easy job for the pay, pretty flexible

      working weekends and sometimes after hours calls to the property for emergencies

      Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

      Cons

      Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
