Pros

Organized for the most part. Loved the fact that they have a fair housing and legal team to contact with questions.

Cons

All about “customer experience” yet they don’t listen to the customers? Cutting all of the social media ad budget in student housing… where most students their time on. Cut employees hours to increase the travel budget for higher employees. Daily fear of retaliation for hitting even a minute of OT or not succeeding well enough. Power washing and a multitude of repairs such as mold remediation was severely needed and upper management did nothing. If your staff keeps quitting, clearly something is wrong. I would never recommend scion to anyone unless major changes were made as a company.

Pros

Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

Cons

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

Pros

Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

Cons

Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
