Pros
Lovely location Nice colleagues overall (although note what a previous poster said about the 'boys club' - some people have been there too long, are far too comfortable and get away with murder!) Good benefits and short working hours Worthy cause Great CEO who knows how to communicate and engage with people
Cons
Everyone is seriously overworked. This seems to be down to senior management's insistence on committing to too much in one go without any proper forward planning. Lack of serious commitment to workplace wellbeing - it's all just lip service. Strong efforts to improve diversity and inclusion from the team responsible, but feeble support from senior team - clear examples of racism in particular on show, both in the workforce and the wider movement Very slow and bureaucratic - they won't have one decision maker if a dozen will do! Lots of pointless hurdles and processes. Projects therefore take a long time to come to fruition. SLT very variable: some are good, outcome focussed leaders - others are ineffective. One is confrontational, negative and unpleasant to deal with.
