      Pros

      Free lunch on birthdays and very very laid back vibe.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, no appreciation for your hard work, top managements are very lazy and don't take accountability. All the managers like to play the blame game and they are never wrong. They don't work their full 8 hours and always have an excuse to leave early.
