Pros
The underlying company culture seems compelling but it is hard to plug into with the distraction of Rob Siegfried. If you are a woman, person of color, LGBT or simply not Republican, you will not feel welcome.
Cons
Rob Siegfried, the founder and CEO, spoke at a new Hire orientation in June 2017. He strangely brought up the topic of abortion where he said "let's call choice what it actually is, it's the irresponsible murder of a fetus". He then continued for 20 minutes to speak negatively on both abortion and a woman's right to choose. He made almost every woman feel extremely uncomfortable. A few women were visibly shaking and very upset. This is unacceptable behavior by the founder. It is disgusting, unethical and simply put, horrifically mean.
