Easy to access support and a great team.

Worked during covid so was remote.

- Great atmosphere and team - Everyone genuinely cares about each other - Tons of opportunities to learn and grow in responsibilities - If there are frustrations or issues within the team, they are dealt with in a healthy way - Even though everyone is working really hard, we all like to laugh and have a good time together - Opportunities to travel and learn more about the industry that we work in - Everyone is a leader in their own way and regardless of position, respect is given - Overall, a great community who works really hard together

- It can be very stressful at times - Though the technical work day is 9:00-5:30, there is often work that has to extend beyond that time (some late work nights/weekend work) to keep up with the demand of tasks - Because TSG is still fairly new, the structure and processes are often changing. This isn't bad and is often beneficial but it can result in some frustration or confusion - We're rapidly growing with the number of clients, which is great. But the ratio of work to team members is unbalanced at times.
