Pros
- They work with some interesting clients. - Flexible work hours
Cons
I will try and be polite here. - The whole business lacks any real structure with no management or leaders in place. - They win work with clients and then fail to deliver the projects, as the project services teams are ran by unexperienced "professionals" which they hire to save on money rather than on talent. - There is a very cliquey culture at the top and you will find the only people that are promoted are the people in this clique. - Pay is low across the company apart from those in the " clique" - The management is pretty much non existent. With development and growth opportunities in the company being minimal. - There is a lot of gossip throughout the company mainly because there is a lot of dishonesty from MD down. - A lot of unmotivated workers within the business that feel like they have no purpose or value within the organisation which leads to many people underperforming and hiding away from tasks. - There is a huge turnover of staff as once they join they realise they have been sold the "dream" - There is no HR presence at all only a happiness person.... - They have dogs that run around the office (which yes it can be fun) However there is multiple times when a dog would urinate or leave faeces lying around when clients were in. Very unprofessional.
