Pros

Those who joined were really great to work with. It’s a shame they have all been fired and replaced now. It’ll never be the same.

Cons

My experience with the company was overwhelmingly negative. I was subjected to microaggressions, especially from management, which created a very uncomfortable work environment. On one occasion, I overheard management speaking disrespectfully about another race while talking amongst white colleagues in a secondary room. This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Such comments made it clear that there was a lack of understanding and respect for diversity in the workplace The work environment was extremely unstable. Over the span of a year, I had to witness over 20+ people being fired, which created a lot of anxiety among employees. The lack of job security made it difficult to focus on doing your best work, and instead, I spent a lot of time worrying about whether I’d be next. It was clear that the company was quick to replace people, even if they were performing well. If they didn’t like you, they’d make your job difficult, push you out, or make your role redundant

Pros

When I think of something good about this company, I will update.

Cons

This is a useless company, in your best interest, do not take an offer from them!. I only stayed with the company for 1 month. I experienced the most toxic working environment in HD. Workers making stupid jokes about minorities feeling entitled. Barely a week after, Manager said, I came off entitled for asking a few questions during training. Crazy what extent people will go to put dirt on you if they don't like your face.
