      Pros

      There are always new things that you can learn, new trainings that are available and new clients that you can meet. TSG doesn't look at IT from a sales perspective which is great, the point is to make the client happy, not to meet a quota.

      Cons

      The company is growing and getting the processes updated to fit the growth is a challenge
