This company used to be called Scottish Catholic Marriage Care. Unfortunately some of the staff still held judgemental and outdated views of marriage and relationships which I found concerning for a counselling organisation that should be open for all without judgement. Senior staff made comments about there should be no reason for any marriage to end, regardless of abuse or violence. While working there it felt that you and your views could not be respected unless you agreed with them. Unsupportive and took on new projects that they did not have the skills or experience to deliver appropriately.

Good pay, celebration of people's birthdays

Terrible management, bad environment, micromanagement, very top heavy, all the staff are unhappy and nothing is done to improve it, staff are placed in departments they weren't contracted for to suit the management, pressured to bleed money from clients, completely unprofessional
