      The management (they had a recent turnover so I can’t vouch for before) are wonderful, kind, and accommodating.

      Cons

      The jobs is not particularly fast paced, and relies on small periods of being ultra busy rather than any consistent levels of business.

      You get paid good and they really try to act more like a family than a team and it just makes you feel welcome

      Training, development, put through alot of courses to further my career.

      Cons

      Not enough progression opportunities within the company for managment. Long hours.
