Work life balance is engrained in the culture

It's a small business so insurance rates can get a bit high.

The culture at TSG is very nice. No egos, little hierarchy, a commitment to excellence. The atmosphere is personable and family-oriented. E.g. there are several families with more than one person working here. Also, the work is usually interesting, challenging. Lots of different kinds of projects.

Because it is such a flat organization (i.e. small and few levels of responsibility) , there are few opportunities for advancement to a different position. You can earn more responsibility and learn lots on new projects, but change of positions are pretty slow.
