Pros
Really good user interface, great flexibility if you cannot commit to a full-time teaching position. I am able to pick where and when to work every day and the app works well. Able to connect with various schools in a given area and can pretty much work everyday if needed.
Cons
It is difficult to cancel assignments on the app, I normally have to go into the system and sometimes call the school. Not much central training or development either.
