Pros
Overall, great staff culture and it just keeps getting better! Working hard to bring continued clarity to the mission and vision. Majority of staff are fun to work with and care very much about reaching together toward shared goals.
Cons
Comes with the territory of ministry but you have to be willing to work odd hours...often working when 9-5 people are off. Difficult when the rest of your family are 9-5ers. Top senior leader is becoming very disconnected from staff but then assuming he knows what is going on and making course altering decisions without considering the knowledge or opinions of people he originally tasked to become subject matter experts.
